Does Brutal Parts sell new parts?

What is your warranty period?
Most used items include a 30-day hassle-free warranty unless listed as “for parts, repair, or core.” New items carry warranty terms set by the manufacturer. For clarification on a specific item, contact us here.

Does this part fit my machine?
Most listings include a compatibility chart. If you’re uncertain, contact us here. To verify fitment, please provide the year, make, model, and engine size of your machine. If you’re unsure, the VIN number can also help us confirm compatibility.
Can I send you a video of the problem I’m having?
We’re happy to assist, but we cannot provide remote diagnostics. If you’re unsure about compatibility or installation, we recommend consulting a qualified mechanic.
Do you provide service work?
No. Brutal Parts is not a service provider, but we work with a network of trusted shops and can refer you to a qualified mechanic if needed.
How fast do you ship?
Most orders ship within one business day (Monday–Friday). Orders placed before 12:00 PM ET usually ship the same day.
What shipping carriers do you use?
We primarily ship with USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on the size and weight of the order. Tracking is emailed as soon as your order ships.
Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or internationally?
Yes. Orders outside the lower 48 may require additional shipping charges and longer delivery times. Contact us for details or an international shipping estimate.
Are the photos of the actual item I’ll receive?
Yes. All photos show the exact item unless otherwise noted. Stock photos may be used for new parts or high-volume items in similar condition.
Do you sell junk or untested parts?
No. Every part we sell is inspected, cleaned, and tested when possible. If an item is sold as “for parts, repair, or core,” it will be clearly stated in the description.
Do you accept returns?
Yes. We offer 30-day hassle-free returns unless otherwise noted in the listing.
Do you sell parts machines?
No. Any machine we acquire is dismantled for parts. We do not sell complete or parts machines.
How can I sell you my machine?
