Brutal Parts, LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”) provides used, new, and aftermarket powersports parts and related services. All information, listings, and materials on this site are provided for general informational purposes only and are subject to change without notice. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure accuracy, errors in part fitment, descriptions, or compatibility may occur. Buyers are responsible for verifying proper fitment prior to purchase and installation.

Manufacturer names, models, and part numbers are used solely for identification and reference purposes. Brutal Parts, LLC is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any original equipment manufacturer (OEM), including but not limited to Polaris®, Yamaha®, Honda®, Kawasaki®, Suzuki®, Can-Am®, Arctic Cat®, Ski-Doo®, or their subsidiaries. All trademarks, logos, and brand names remain the property of their respective owners.

Used parts are sold as previously owned items. Unless otherwise specified, they are not new and may show normal signs of wear consistent with their age and prior use. It is the buyer’s responsibility to inspect all parts and ensure they are safe and suitable for their intended purpose.

Installation should be performed by a qualified technician. We are not responsible for damage or injury resulting from improper installation, misuse, or modification of any part.

We do not estimate the remaining life of wear-and-tear components such as bearings, seals, bushings, cables, brake pads, gaskets, or clutch plates. These items should always be inspected and replaced as needed before use. Any known defects will be stated in the product description when applicable.

Unless otherwise stated, all items are sold with a 30-day warranty covering functional operation only. Warranty does not cover labor, installation costs, or incidental damage. Items listed “for parts or repair” are sold as-is with no warranty expressed or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brutal Parts, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of any product purchased, whether such liability is asserted under contract, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise.

By purchasing, the buyer agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Brutal Parts, LLC, its employees, agents, and affiliates from all liability for personal injury (including death), property damage, or losses resulting from use of the products sold.

All cleaning, vapor honing, or restoration services are performed at the customer’s own risk. Brutal Parts, LLC is not responsible for damage to parts resulting from pre-existing conditions, hidden defects, or improper disassembly by the customer. Refunds are not available for services once performed.

Items left with Brutal Parts, LLC for service or evaluation become property of Brutal Parts, LLC after 30 days without customer communication or payment. Such items may be sold or scrapped to recover handling and storage costs.

Some products sold or handled by Brutal Parts, LLC may contain chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm. For more information, visit www.P65Warnings.ca.gov.

All mechanical work carries inherent risks. Powersports activities are inherently dangerous. By purchasing and installing any component from Brutal Parts, LLC, you acknowledge these risks and assume full responsibility for the safe use, installation, and operation of the product.
